Where you can use it

• Live streams and their archives on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Niconico, TwitCasting and similar platforms
• Videos, short videos and social media posts
• Stream and video BGM, waiting screens, openings and endings
• Streams and videos monetized through ads, tips, memberships and the like
• Editing such as cutting, looping, adjusting volume and fading

Clips of streams that contain the Music as BGM can be published as they are, even if the person making the clip has not registered.

How to credit

In a place viewers can see — the description, your profile or on screen — please write:

Some tracks are collaborations, and the name in the credit changes. For tracks from work_3, please write BGM: Kazuki Isogai & yuhei miura.
If you play the Music with the BGM Player and show it on stream, the credit for each track appears automatically, so you do not need to write it.

Adding the track title helps viewers find the song. Where there is no room to write it, such as in short videos, do what you reasonably can.
If you post on social media with #yuheimiura, the Artist may find and feature it.

What you can’t do

1. Distribute, sell or transfer the Music as is or with only minor changes (including in sample packs or asset collections)
2. Register the Music, or streams and videos that use it, with Content ID on YouTube or any other rights management service
3. Present the Music as your own work
4. Make videos whose purpose is to play the Music itself (such as “study BGM” videos that only line up the tracks, or re-uploads)
5. Release a work with vocals or rap over the Music (please see Beats or get in touch)
6. Use it in advertising or promotional videos for companies or organizations, or in broadcasts and screenings such as TV, radio and film (please ask individually)
7. Use it as training data for AI
8. Use it in streams or videos that break the law or public order, or that disparage specific individuals or groups

Rights

1. Copyright and master rights in the Music remain with the Artist and FA Media Kreative. The User receives the right to use the Music within these terms.
2. The Music is also available on music streaming services. The Artist has not registered it with Content ID, so the Artist will not file claims against your streams or videos. If a claim is ever filed, please contact us.
3. If use that violates these terms is found, the Artist may ask you to stop using the Music.

Your registration details

1. Your registration details (creator name, channel name and so on) are used only to understand how the Music is used and to contact you. They are never published or shared with third parties.
2. If you chose “may feature my streams on social media” when registering, the Artist may feature your streams or videos on social media.
3. To have your registration deleted, please contact us.

Other

1. These terms may change without notice. Streams and videos published before a change may stay published under the terms that applied before.
2. Distribution of the Music may end without notice. Streams and videos published before then may stay published.
3. The Artist is not responsible for any damage arising from use of the Music.
4. This English version is a translation. If there is any difference in meaning, the Japanese version prevails.
