License

General terms

1. Copyright in the beat remains with the Producer. The Buyer receives the right to use the beat within the scope below.
2. When you release a work that adds vocals, rap, instruments or the like to the beat (“the Work”), please credit it as “Prod. yuhei miura”.
3. You may not distribute, sell or transfer the beat itself, as is or with only minor changes (including in sample packs or asset collections).
4. You may not transfer or lend the license to a third party.
5. The beat may not be used in works that break the law or public order, or that disparage specific individuals or groups.
6. As these are digital goods, returns and refunds are not accepted after download.
7. If use that violates these terms is found, the Producer may revoke the license.

Non-exclusive license¥5,000 excl. tax

The same beat is also sold to other buyers. It covers almost every use for individual creators and their projects.

You can

• Release songs with added vocals, rap or instruments via streaming, download sales, CDs and so on (no limit on streams or sales)
• Use it as BGM, opening or ending in videos and streams on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, social media and so on (including monetized content)
• Use it for podcast and internet radio jingles or BGM
• Use it at live shows, dance performances, showcases and events
• Use it as BGM in games or apps made and sold by individuals or small groups
• Play it as BGM in shops, event venues and similar spaces
• Edit it: cut, loop, splice, or change the tempo or key

You can’t

• Register the Work with Content ID on YouTube or any other rights management service (it would put claims on other buyers’ works)
• Use it for corporate advertising, products or services, or in broadcasts and screenings such as TV, radio and film (choose the exclusive license or ask individually)

The Producer does not register beats that are on sale with Content ID, so the Producer will not file claims against your videos.

Exclusive license¥30,000 excl. tax

Available only for beats that have never been sold, not even with a non-exclusive license. After your purchase, the beat is taken off sale and no further licenses are sold to anyone else.

You can

• Do everything the non-exclusive license allows
• Register the Work with Content ID or other rights management services
• Use it in corporate advertising, products and services, and in commercial games and films

Please note

• Once a non-exclusive license has been sold for a beat, the exclusive license for that beat is no longer offered.
• Please let the Producer know in advance before using it in broadcasts or screenings such as TV, radio and film.

Bundle discount

Buy two beats in one order and get 10% off the total (excluding tax); buy three or more and get 20% off. Both non-exclusive and exclusive licenses count.

This English version is a translation. If there is any difference in meaning, the Japanese version prevails.
